$475 This three month start up package is designed to set you up for success with your health goals, with accountability and reevaluating progress and making changes as needed.

Includes: New Client Consultation (60-75 minutes) Individualized Protocol (60 minutes) Follow-up Coaching Session (45 minutes) Three Coaching Sessions (30 minutes)

1:1 Coaching Prices

$150 75 - Minute New Client Consultation. Our first comprehensive discussion into your health. We will discuss your goals, as well as the actionable steps you can begin to incorporate towards optimizing your health.

$100 60-Minute Individualized Protocol Together we discuss your personalized plan, set achievable goals, and address nutritional gaps.

$75 45-Minute Follow-up Appointment to gauge progress, adjust goals, and troubleshoot as needed.

$50 30- Minute Coaching Session. Have questions? Need accountability or have a specific concern? A short session to address minor concerns between longer visits.
